Creative Group has split its operation into a number of dedicated business units in order to focus on its diverse range of activities.
Today Creative Group's business activities are a far cry from the small beginnings when the company was formed in 1970. The Group has grown from providing specialist metal joining services to local businesses to an European wide operation that provides metal joining and vacuum solutions to many leading names in the petrochemical, medical, semiconductor and aerospace industries. In addition it manufactures an extensive range of fittings, furnaces, instrumentation, pumps and systems for the vacuum industry and provides both design and inspection services.
But it is this diversity that has led to the Group's reorganisation. Many of its customers often say that they are unaware of the other products and services that Creative provides, many of which are relevant to them. To address this problem and help focus its experience and expertise, Creative Group has split into three separate operating businesses - Creative Instrumentation, Creative Vacuum and Creative Engineering. In addition three new web sites have been created for each of the businesses.
This is the name that many of its customers remember Creative by and is the business that focuses on specialist sub-contract engineering services. Creative has always been at the forefront of advanced metal joining solutions and uses its facilities to provide sub-contract services and to manufacture its own products.
Creative offers a number of processes to satisfy a wide range of applications including electron beam welding, TIG & MIG welding, plasma and resistance welding, vacuum brazing, induction soldering and welding and vacuum heat treatment.
Creative has for many years manufactured an extensive product range for the vacuum industry with an ex-stock service for fittings and instrumentation. It is this business that has become the focus of Creative Vacuum.
Its product range includes:

- Vacuum gauges and switches
- Vacuum valves
- Capsules and diaphragms
- Chemical seals
- Custom built vacuum plant and reservoirs
This is a new business for the Creative Group and was formed to meet the needs of the vacuum furnace industry. The business unit will manufacture a range of vacuum furnaces and provide a comprehensive re-engineering and refurbishment service for existing furnaces and plant.
This is an obvious extension of the Group's activities as the range has been developed using its extensive knowledge of sub-contract joining and conditioning of metals using vacuum furnaces, electron beam welding and the design of specialist vacuum plant. With a strong background in the sub-contract industry Creative Group understands the requirements and facilities required of vacuum furnaces and the range has been designed with this in mind.
